Please be aware of the following things:
- We will start promptly, so please arrive on time to register with us outside Woodland Discovery Centre.
- This is an outdoor event, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and each person attending should bring a torch or lantern.
- Twilight Trails are designed for families; we ask that all children are accompanied by an adult willing to help and support them to have fun.
- Suitable for families with children aged 3-11 years. Children aged 2 years and under are FREE with a paying sibling. Please book them a FREE space if they want to join in.
- Due to much of the session taking place in the dark, we kindly request that anyone purchasing a ticket for just one child, only brings along one adult. If more than one adult wishes to attend with that child, you can do so by purchasing an additional adult ticket. For example, if one child is accompanied by three adults, one adult will be admitted free of charge, but the other two adults will need to purchase additional tickets. This policy helps us manage attendance numbers effectively in the dark environment.
- We are a Children’s University Destination – if your child participates in this scheme and you want them to receive Children University Credits please drop us an email before or after the event and we will ensure this is done. Due to the dark, we will not be collecting details at the event.
- Should you need to cancel your child’s place, please text 077 45 46 53 91 so we can release your ticket. This is really important to us, as we often have a waiting list for our events.
