Work Experience & University Placements

Performance for Stage and Screen, Sheffield Hallam University placement
We enjoy supporting young adults as they move into the world of work, usually taking on University students or Secondary pupils.

Growtheatre regularly offers both work experience and university placements.

Work experience is offered as an ongoing volunteering experience with a youth theatre group, usually relating to either Arts Award or the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

University placements are offered in relation to both the youth theatre and current projects that we are working on, and so are linked to a student’s related studies. These have included:

  • Performance for Stage and Screen students
  • Geography students
  • Health and Nutrition students
  • Childhood Studies students
  • Medical students
  • Architecture students
