Growtheatre Summer Camp (28th – 30th July 2026)

Sheffield’s only outdoor drama camp

28th – 30th July 2026 | 9:30am – 3:00pm each day | For young people entering School Years 3 – 8 in September 2026

Three days of imagination, play and drama skills in the beautiful surroundings of Sheffield Botanical Gardens.

Growtheatre Summer Camp is designed for children who love to play, explore and create. Through drama games, creative challenges and outdoor activities, children will build confidence, make friends and develop drama skills in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

Most sessions take place outdoors, making the most of the gardens and natural surroundings. We also have access to an indoor space at the Dorothy Fox Education Centre for breaks, shelter or wet weather activities if needed.

What to bring

Please ensure children come prepared for outdoor activity in all weather:

• Comfortable clothes for movement and outdoor play
• Trainers or sturdy shoes
• Raincoat
• Sun hat
• Sun cream applied before arrival
• Packed lunch
• Water bottle

Good to know

We welcome all children and aim to make the camp inclusive, supportive and accessible. If your child has any additional educational, medical or emotional needs, please include details in the booking notes so we can support them appropriately.

An indoor space is available throughout the day for breaks, shelter and alternative activities if needed.

Growtheatre Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the start date will receive a refund, minus a small admin fee.
• Cancellations made 2–4 weeks before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date are non-refundable.
• If we can fill your child’s place from a waiting list, we will offer a refund (minus the small admin fee).
• If Growtheatre needs to cancel the camp for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

We are unable to offer refunds for non-attendance.
