I am not only extremely proud of my daughter, but incredibly grateful to you and all the team at Growtheatre for the amazing work you do. You are truly enriching my daughter’s life and helping her develop into a confident and creative young lady.

My daughter's confidence has grown a lot while being part of this amazing group she has also made some good supportive friends too.

Growtheatre is a haven of joy, expression and friendship. My child beams after every session.

Perfect afternoon, thank you. My nine year old is still in the garden with her stick and the potato peeler perfecting her stick. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you for your hard work organising the event. Two hours whizzed by! They’ve been whittling sticks all week!

We at Upper Wincobank Chapel are thrilled with the planter and were very impressed with the activities the young people had produced. Many thanks to the young people and adults who supported them, and to the funders for this inspiring addition to our garden.

Growtheatre is such a wonderful way for children to be creative and expressive, in our outdoor environment. My daughter has really grown in confidence and feels she can enjoy herself in a safe and kind environment. Each week offers a new adventure and truly allows children to be themselves.

We must reconnect with landscape and our outdoor environments and Growtheatre is doing a very good job in facilitating this process. Promoting outdoor activities and a better understanding of natural processes is a great way to engage young people with their future.

I enjoy Growtheatre Youth Theatre because you do lots of arts and crafts and it’s just a great place to be.

If someone was looking to join the Youth Theatre, I’d tell them that it is really fun and you should join because we don’t just do acting, we do lots of making things like puppets, we play games and we put on shows as well.

I would recommend the Youth Theatre to any young person that wants to experience new things and to express themselves. I would tell people that it’s a fun way to do drama and the fact we do it in the woods is amazing, it gives us lots of opportunities to make new scenes in loads of different spots.

I have learnt skills such as improvisation, promenade theatre and more importantly how to work as a team.

I have definitely gained more confidence in myself from attending Growtheatre as I am naturally quite shy. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment and Growtheatre has encouraged me to experiment with theatre and meet new people.

Just to say how very impressed we were with the organisation, activities, and personnel who ran the Family Adventures at Eccelsal Woods in the afternoon. A big “Thank you”. It was brilliant value for money!

Thanks for last night...it was amazing...the movement piece at the end of the show made me cry...it was very powerful.

Many thanks for the past year. Our daughter thrives at Growtheatre and is excited every week for Thursdays. You have created a special place with freedom to create, and have fun with lovely friends.

We thought the show was absolutely superb. So funny, charming and original. They all projected well and it really felt like a team piece with every one of them involved and enjoying working together. We were so impressed with their performance. What a great idea to use the tents for costume changes too! It worked brilliantly. Thank you again to you and your team for bringing so much joy to our children's lives and building their confidence and creativity too.

Thank you again for putting on such a great show. It was so lovely to see the confidence you instilled in the performers, and we had such fun.

It was SUCH a wonderful evening and I’m so chuffed we came to try out the Youth Theatre. He absolutely loved it and I felt so happy to see him settled, happy & like he’d been part of the gang for a while. Keep up the great work - programs like Growtheatre are so incredibly important.
